Terms of Service

By accessing the Flow Rust store, creating an account via Steam, purchasing or claiming any package, or joining the Flow Rust game server, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Who we are

This store and the Flow Rust Unturned server are operated as Flow Rust under Monolith Corp. All store packages, ranks, kits, items, commands, digital content, branding, and related materials are the property of Flow Rust / Monolith Corp unless stated otherwise.

2. Digital goods & license

Purchases and free claims grant a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the selected digital perks on the Flow Rust server. You do not own the underlying digital goods, ranks, kits, scripts, or server content. Ownership and all intellectual property rights remain with Flow Rust.

Perks may be changed, renamed, rebalanced, suspended, or removed at any time to maintain server balance or operations. Free or discounted packages are included under the same license terms.

3. No refunds

All sales are final. No refunds. Because packages are digital and may be delivered automatically to your Steam-linked account, we do not offer refunds, chargebacks-friendly cancellations, store credit, or exchanges for any purchase, subscription, gift, promo claim, or free claim — including mistakes, wrong packages, unused items, banned accounts, server downtime, or perk changes.

If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback, we may suspend store and server access linked to that Steam account until the matter is resolved.

4. Steam accounts & delivery

You must sign in with the Steam account that will receive the package. Delivery is intended for that Steam ID when you join the Flow Rust server. We are not responsible for gifts sent to the wrong Steam ID, purchases on the wrong account, or delayed delivery caused by being offline, plugins, or network issues.

5. Gifts

Gift purchases are charged to the buyer and delivered to the recipient Steam ID you provide. Gift orders are still final and non-refundable once checkout completes or a free claim is processed.

6. Conduct

You must follow Flow Rust / Monolith server rules. Exploiting store bugs, chargebacks abuse, fraud, account trading of ranks, or harassment may result in removal of packages and bans from the store or server without refund.

7. Subscriptions

Recurring ranks bill through Stripe until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges; past payments remain non-refundable. Access for cancelled or unpaid subscriptions may end when billing ends.

8. Free & promotional items

100% off sales, promo codes, and free claims are promotions, not cash equivalents. Free packages follow the same no-refund and ownership rules as paid packages and may be limited or revoked if obtained through abuse.

9. Disclaimer

The store and server are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent perk availability, or compatibility with every client setup. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flow Rust and Monolith Corp are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from store use.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the store after changes means you accept the updated terms.

By completing a purchase or claiming a free package, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, including the no refunds policy and that digital content remains the property of Flow Rust.
